Message from the President
Dear Friends and Partners,
It is with immense pleasure that I extend my warmest welcome to you on behalf of CJF America, Inc., a pillar of The Courtney Jordan Foundation and the driving force behind transformative change across North America. My name is Kristen, and I have the distinct honor of serving as the Head of all North American philanthropy for The Courtney Jordan Foundation, as well as the Managing Partner of the StartUP Fund, known as StartUP Siler, LLC. This $50 million investment fund exemplifies our dedication to economic growth, entrepreneurship, and opportunities.
My journey is one deeply rooted in advocacy for women and the underprivileged. I humbly see my role and position not as a lofty title but as that of a dedicated servant to our community. A true advocate for those who have yet to find their voice, I have made it my life’s mission to open doors, shatter barriers, and create opportunities where they might not have existed before.
Having earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the esteemed North Carolina State University, I am a steadfast promoter of STEM education. I firmly believe that empowering individuals with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics not only broadens their horizons but also equips them to tackle the challenges of our ever-evolving world.
As we embark on this collective journey, we are driven by the belief that our communities can be strengthened through opportunity. It is not just a philosophy but a commitment etched in our very core. Together, we shall work diligently to create a more inclusive, prosperous, and equitable future for all.
